Yes, in order to see pricing and place an order on Luxe Vapes, you must have a registered account with us.

If you order before 2 PM EST, your order will ship out via FedEx same day. If you place an order after 2 PM EST, it will be shipped out the following business day. Orders take anywhere from 2 - 4 business days to arrive. Orders shipped to Hawaii or Alaska will take 4 - 5 business days to arrive.

We offer an option for faster shipment through USPS but that comes at an additional cost to you. If you are interested in faster shipping times with USPS please contact support at support@luxevapes.com and we will be happy to help

Shipping costs $15 for orders under $1000, and is free for all orders over $1000.


Tracking information is sent to the email registered for the purchasing account within 48 hours.


You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) You should expect to receive your refund within 3-5 days after we receive the returned products. If you need to return an item, simply send an email to support@luxevapes.com and note your order number, products you would like to return and the reason for the return. Once we verify the order we will send you a return label so you can send the products back. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.


We partner with a handful of distributors to ensure we can maintain the highest stock levels and provide the lowest prices to our customers. Partnering with other distributors allows us to offer a much wider variety of products and higher stock levels for all of your vaping wholesale supply needs.


Luxe Vapes has warehouses and partner-distribution facilities in North Carolina, New York and Idaho to provide fastest shipping times on your orders. We are constantly expanding and looking to add more distribution points throughout the U.S. Where your order ships from depends on what products you order and where you are ordering from.


Typically items restock within 4-5 days, but in some scenarios the restock may take longer, such as when a company is on back order.
